IOP Therapist
Leanne Potts, LMSW, CYT
Leanne is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Before becoming a therapist, she spent 8 years as an elementary school teacher, which taught her patience, compassion, and the importance of truly listening to people’s stories. She felt called to support others in a deeper way and went back to school to pursue social work, earning her Bachelor’s and then Master’s degree in 2021.
Leanne has been honored to work with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, OCD, and substance use. Along the way, she noticed that many clients were also struggling with eating disorders—often without even realizing it themselves. Seeing how these struggles were overlooked inspired her to focus intentionally on helping people with eating disorders find the support and specialized care they deserve. At the heart of her work is a deep belief in meeting each client with warmth, respect, and hope for healing.
